Using the Cogent Diamond HPLC Hydride column, will Na+ interfere with succinate when analyzing sodium succinate?

No. Sodium ions, Na+ will normally elute at or near the void volume in an ANP method using the Cogent Diamond Hydride™ column.
It should not interfere with quantitation of the succinate peak or any other peak for that matter.
